Acceptance of these terms

By booking a ride, using our website or mobile app, or creating an account with Nabbes Taxi, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services.

Our services

Nabbes Taxi provides taxi journeys, premium transport for events, and delivery services in Hässleholm and the surrounding area. Rides are charged by the meter or at an agreed fixed price.

Accounts and login

You can create an account through our website or mobile app to book and manage your rides.

• Provide accurate and current information when you register.
• Keep your login details confidential and do not share your account.
• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are misused or used to break these terms.

Booking a ride

You can book on demand or in advance through our website, mobile app, or by phone. A booking is confirmed once we accept it.

• Give an accurate pickup point, destination and contact number.
• Book trips to or from airports and train stations in advance.
• Let us know when you book if you need a child seat or booster.

Cancellations and no-shows

Plans change, and you can cancel through the app, website or by phone.

• Cancel as early as you can so we can free up the car for others.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
• Airport trips should be cancelled in advance.

Fares and payment

Fares are calculated by the meter or set as a fixed price agreed before the trip.

• You can pay by card, Swish or cash.
• Prices shown online are starting prices and may vary with the number of stops, waiting time and route.
• A receipt is available on request.

Your responsibilities as a passenger

To keep every journey safe and pleasant, we ask that you:

• Wear your seatbelt at all times.
• Treat the driver, the vehicle and other passengers with respect.
• Do not smoke or use illegal substances in the vehicle.
• Take responsibility for any damage or excessive soiling you cause.

Lost property

If you leave something behind, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you recover it. We cannot accept responsibility for items left in the vehicle.

Mobile app

We grant you a personal, limited and revocable right to use the Nabbes Taxi app to book and manage rides.

• Do not copy, modify or attempt to reverse engineer the app.
• The app is provided on an as is basis and may be updated from time to time.
• Some features need an internet connection and a supported device.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as heavy traffic, weather or road closures. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version always applies, and the date above shows when it was last changed. By continuing to use our services you accept the current terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute will be handled by the Swedish courts. As a consumer, you may also have additional rights under Swedish consumer law.

Privacy

We handle your personal data with care and only as needed to provide our services. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
